It is wonderful to write to you!
This has been a “Show-Biz” summer for me. I never expected to visit my old stomping ground of Hollywood and also step back on to the Broadway stage of “Cats.” But that is what God had in store for me these last 2 months as I traveled to Los Angeles and New York.
What did I learn? Jesus still rocks harder. More than ever, I want to encourage you to draw nearer to Him.
On the set of the TV show, Fuller House, I asked Candace Cameron Bure if she would like me to pray for her. She said, “Yes!” Candace is so bold for God. So I prayed for her strength and refreshment.
At “Cats,” Shonica Gooden, who plays my part of “Rumpleteazer,” is a Christian also! We encouraged each other.
Apart from God, we can do nothing.
Since returning, I have stepped up my praying. I encourage you to do the same. Talk to God all day long and be very personal. All day long! There is nothing better in life than being close to God.
